Tethered cord syndrome is a congenital abnormality in the new born babies in which spinal cord is adherent to the structure outside the spinal canal therefore as the child grows the spinal cord gets pulled and leads to various irreversible symptoms .Therefore early surgery is advised.Such complex surgeries can be done with intraoperative monitoring of spinal cord signals while performing surgery
